Enrollment Policy
To enroll your child at ABC Daycare, families must first complete a Child Application and attend an Intake Enrollment Session.
This session includes a tour of our facility, a discussion of our policies, and an overview of expectations. During this time, families will receive all required enrollment paperwork.
All required paperwork must be fully completed and returned no later than one week prior to your child’s start date.
In addition, a non-refundable enrollment fee of $60.00 per family, along with the first week of tuition, is due in full before your child begins care.
All enrollment fees and prepaid tuition are non-refundable if your child does not start.
Drop-off and pick-up times will be discussed with and documented by the Director during enrollment.

About Our Payment Schedule
Tuition payments are due each Thursday prior to the upcoming week of care.
ABC Daycare uses the Brightwheel app for all payments, which allows families to pay conveniently online. Any processing fees associated with using the app are passed directly to the paying family through Brightwheel.
For the lowest possible fees, we strongly recommend linking your bank account directly within the app.

Closure & Tuition Payment Notice
ABC Daycare tuition is based on reserved enrollment, not daily attendance. This means tuition remains due during scheduled closures, holidays, staff development days, or emergency closures, as your child’s spot is held exclusively for them.
We understand that closures can be inconvenient, and we truly appreciate your understanding as this policy allows us to maintain consistent staffing, programming, and quality care for all families.

Friendly Reminder
We understand that choosing childcare is a big decision, and we are happy to answer any questions you may have throughout the enrollment process.
